This form needs to be filled in for all over night activities, including sleep overs at your own headquarters.

Nights Away Permit Application
This form needs to be filled in when applying for and renewing your Nights Away Permit. Please submit this form to your Nights Away Adviser.
Nights Away Event Passport
The Nights Away Event Passport should be used on all youth led nights away activities where leaders are not present.
Adventurous Activity Permit Application
This application form can be used to apply for a permit for any activity, although there is no requirement to use it if you have other means of making contact with an assessor or booking onto an assessment course.
